For the past 30 years, our jeweller and owner, Nick, has been taking great care of the people of Nottingham's jewellery. A lifetime of experience has put us on the map for quality jewellery repairs in the city centre and our workshop is used by customers even further afield. Our in-house workshop allows us to offer cost-friendly jewellery repairs & alterations with quick turn around times. There is no need to send your precious items away to unknown locations for weeks on end, all services offered below will stay on our premises for the duration of the work. Our services are open to public and trade accounts and we come highly recommeded by other local jewellers both independent and high-street.

Ideally, we need to see your item in person before offering a quote as level of work might not be as straightforward as initially anticipated. For example, if you're looking to get a stone replaced in your ring there's usually a reason it has come out such as worn claws or bent setting.
Looking to make some use of the old jewellery you don't wear anymore? With our in-house workshop we can create simple, elegant pieces and give advice on how to utilise your pre-loved jewellery.

The aim is long-lasting, practical and secure designs.
We believe honesty is the best policy: If a design is too complex for us to take on we will let you know. If stones are damaged beyond use or too delicate to set (usually opals, emeralds, etc.) they will not be risked. We don't offer a melting down of gold service as it can make the new piece brittle and a lot of metal is lost during remodelling, we usually recommend putting the monetary value towards something else.
In-house Repairs and Alterations
Cleaning, Polishing and Rhodium Plating
We clean, polish & rhodium plate white gold rings in house for only £20 per ring! Our service only takes an hour so you can enjoy your shopping while we take care of the rest.
We're also more than happy to clean and polish rings of other metals within the hour as well.
Cleaning of other items such chains, bracelets and earrings may take longer.
We would usually recommend rhodium plating every 3 or 4 months to keep your ring looking its best.
Alternatively, at least once a year so your ring can have a much needed health check. Stones can be inspected and any damages assessed before we get it looking new and shiny again.
